This is a very bold example of art needlework of the 1860-1910 period.
Wide linen table or dresser scarf with hand-crocheted fringe. This scarf has pink (satin stitch) and yellow (French knots) silk embroidery in a bold arts and crafts design on both ends. The condition is very good with a couple of minor repairs--very small.
