This is a rare unframed example of Stamp Art, a type of Folk Art made in the first half of the 20th century. Postage stamps from the following countries are applied to a silk ground cloth with silver sequins and tiny clear beads. This is one of 3 made by this folk artist.

Stamps are from:

Grand Liban, Syrie, France, French Sudan, Argentina, Tunisa, Jordon, Cuba,  and US 2 cent Washington stamps as well as Teddy Roosevelt stamps from the Series of 1922.
