Item Description
A vintage Yves Saint Laurent knit cardigan and skirt. The set is the perfect example of St. Laurent combining elements from his signature styles. In the cardigan's cut and and use of fleur de lis at pockets, one can see the influence of an English school boy's uniform. The cord belt with tassels reflects St. Laurents fascination with Russian festive peasant wear. Both pieces are in very good condition.
