Gladden McBean twenty-four-tile scenic viking ship at sea. Mounted in original to tiles hand wrought iron base. Circa 1927s. Gladden McBean was at one time the premiere tile and garden ware manufacturer of Los Angeles. Later known for there line of dished. When originally established in the 19th century they were responsible for the majority of buildings built in the area with tile facades. There garden ware is legendary and ranges from the small to gargantuan.
