Highly polished metal frame with glass top. This piece of furniture was in the headquarters of the US Steel Building in Pittsburgh. The piece was made by Cumberland Furniture a small company in New York making tables, desks, benches, office and lobby seating. The company was founded in the 1950s and was known for its elegant minimalist design.
