Item Description
This early version of the Toldeo Stool was crafted by the Uhl brothers in the 1920s or early 1930s. Originally painted gold, and not the standard green or grey, this was one of the fancier models of the time. Most of the gold paint is now gone, leaving the metal with a pleasant patina. The seat adjusts up and down with the four original nuts and bolts.
The hardware is in excellent condition, with none of the feet nor the backrest frozen by rust. Instead, all adjust to the touch.
