Late 19th Century Teak Bench from Southern India for sale
Item ID: 376959
Item Description
A beautifully constructed, late 19th century garden bench from Southern India. This is a really fine bench and is made of teak. Teak was often the wood of choice for furniture makers in India. Its an extremely hard wood so it was more difficult for bugs to invade. The bench has a nicely designed decorative back and has a slatted bench seat. This lovely bench is delicate and durable and is in very good condition. It would make a lovely feature on any porch, deck, patio or garden.
