Asian influenced antique porch lighting fixture for sale
Item ID: 374325
Item Description
This highly sought after antique porch light fixture shows a strong Asian influence which was popular in the Arts & Crafts movement. The structures of Greene & Greene show this influence in the very early 1900's.
(Greene & Greene architects went so far as to have Grueby Tile Works reproduce large Oriental vent tiles that can still be seen in their homes in Pasadena, with originals in the Gamble House).
This vintage copper porch lamp retains it's original finish, patina, pebble glass, dust, and paint spots. We did touch up some of the larger white paint spots around the edges of the backplate.
A perfect mate for an Asian inspired Bungalow
