Industrial stocking mold dating from the middle of the 20th century. These molds were attached to an assembly line chain link mechanism which would facilitate the final stages of trimming and edging in the manufacture of stockings.
Now mounted on a custom steel base, the mold has a highly reflective, mirror-like finish.
