Item Description
Jack Weiss is a Precisionist. He started painting over 25 years ago on summer vacations to Provincetown MA. In 1992 he turned his business over to his children and started painting full time. In 1993 he had his first one-man show at the Mendelson Gallery in Pittsburgh PA; at which time Donald Miller, Art Critic for the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, wrote “the painting are carefully designed and the pigment thoughtfully applies. There is a reassuring contrast between hot and cool colors. Weiss knows what he is doing and furthermore enjoying it.”
