Born in Sterling, Il on April 17, 1974. Moses studied at the AIC before settling in Los Angeles in 1923. He taught there at the Art Guild Academy in 1930 and remained in Los Angeles until his death on October 25, 1947. He was the author-illustrator of "Artistic Anatomy"......EXHIBITED: Academy of Western Painters, 1937; Painters & Sculptors of LA, 1930's.......Oil on canvas "Eucalyptus near La Canada".
