Tibetan Carpet

Tibetan Hand loomed wool carpet with cloud motif. This carpet is contemporary, and has never been used. The distinctive edges show off its hand loomed charactor, measuring 6' x 3' give or take an inch in any direction. Pile 1/2 inch.  

9/16/09 J. R. Azizollahoff  author of "The Illustrated Buyer's Guide to Oriental Carpets" and Oriental Rugs From A to Z"  visited our showroom and comented.  "These rugs have vinatage quality feel of 40 to 50 or so years.  They are priced  below market value, and are excellent pieces.  I am surprissed to find such wonderfully illustrated carpets of this nature & quality not in a rug gallery. "
