Pair of Mid-Century Polished Brass Candesticks

This pair of vintage candlesticks are made from solid, polished brass and retain their original lacquered finish.  Undersides have felt surfaces which we have not removed to inspect for markings.  Designer is unknown.  Condition of each is very good, with no deep scratches or dents, and very little pitting to the lacquered finishes.  They are believed to date from the 1940s to 1960s
