Veronica Galati's extraordinary, natural and instinctive gift for expressing the human form led to years of study on her, in an unrelenting pursuit of seeing the human body in all qesture. Her intuitive awareness of anatomical structure and forms, while further evolving her own figurative art work, inspired her to teach anatomy as an art form as applied to drawing form life and sculpting. This won for her Outstanding Art Educator 1986 from the New York City Art Teachers Association, for bringing anatomy lessons to her students and Anatomy workshops to the New York City Art Teachers. 1987 marks the invitation of Veronica Galati to teach anatomy with her innovative approach, to the students of the Sculpture Center Studios.

The creative systhesis of movement and anatomical form of the human body is the foundation and artistic intent in her figurative art, and her achievments in this integration is recognized by awards, honors, scholarships, commissions,  exhibitions and the purchase of her art work from her earliest artistic beginnings.

Galati's art work is exhibited throughout NYC, including Mickey Mantle Restaurant's and Sports Hall of Fame.
