Framed handkerchief issued in commemoration of the proposed coronation of King Edward VIII of England in 1937. This was one of many items that were created for the occasion that due to his abdication did not occur. Instead, he was made the Duke of Wales and his younger brother Albert ascended to the throne as King George VI. This handkerchief is in mint condition and is framed in a red toned frame and matt to compliment the hues in the handkerchief itself. Very rare and beautifully presented.
