This silvered bronze table lamps dates from the early twentieth century, and features extensive incised and parcel gilt decoration, including animal paw feet, guilloche, acanthus leaves and other neoclassical motifs. It measures 34" tall to the top of the finial and 11" wide and 11" deep. We have found no hall marks, but the style and level of craftsmanship suggest it may have been made by E.f. Caldwell. It has relatively modern wiring and is ready for immediate use. This item resides with our client on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York city and may be seen by appointment.
