Antique Burmese Singing Temple Gong

Trun of the century Antique Burmese Singing Gong. The Gong is solid bronze from Burma, weighing over 30 pounds itelf, and bears the inscription of those who dontated it, and to the specific temple and date. The stand is new made for display. Originaly this gong would hang from a bar raised out in front of the temple it was commissioned for, and devotees and temple goers would strike the gong upon entry. Dates to 1898, Burma.
