Wonderful columns from the mezzanine of an old cast iron building in the financial district.They feature a flange top that allows other materials to be bolted to them ,and hollow canopies that allow a building material to be set inside of them for stability. They are not cracked or fractured anywhere. With some imagination they would make a huge ststement ; say a four poster bed?
